POLICY.

1. Scope

This policy applies to EZ Rally mobile applications and the EZ Rally website. Different EZ Rally products use different device capabilities: Tripmeter relies on location for distance and speed, while Timer stores rally timing and event information entered or generated through the app.

2. Location Data — EZ Rally Tripmeter

Tripmeter uses the iPhone's location services to calculate distance and speed. During an active measurement, location access may continue when the app is temporarily in the background or the screen is locked, subject to iOS permissions and system behavior. This is necessary to avoid intentionally breaking an active trip merely because the user temporarily leaves the foreground screen.

Location permission can be changed in iOS Settings. Precise Location is recommended for rally use. Fully terminating the app is intended to stop active measurement.

3. Rally Data — EZ Rally Timer

Timer may store information needed to operate the product, including Events, Days, SPC / PC / CO setup, timing values, selected active state and Results. This information is used to restore the rally setup and support normal operation and recovery.

4. Settings and Local App Data

EZ Rally apps may store preferences such as units, display choices, calibration factors, active Event / Day / Control and purchase state information needed for the app to work as expected.

5. Diagnostics and Logs

Pre-release and released builds may generate diagnostic or technical logs to help identify crashes, GPS problems, calculation issues or other failures. The privacy disclosures for the publicly available app will describe material diagnostic data, transmission, retention and third-party diagnostic services used by that released build.

6. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. EZ Rally does not directly receive or process your full payment-card details. Purchase entitlement information may be used as necessary to unlock or restore purchased functionality.

7. Sharing and Third Parties

EZ Rally does not sell personal information. Apple services and technical service providers may process information where necessary to provide platform, purchase or diagnostic functions. Material third-party SDK or service use will be reflected in the privacy disclosures for the publicly available app.

8. Retention

App settings, rally data and Results may remain on the device while the app or associated Event remains stored. For Timer, deleting an Event is intended to delete the Results associated with that Event. Any diagnostic information transmitted by a publicly available build is subject to the retention practices disclosed for that build and its service providers.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information handled by EZ Rally. No mobile device, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children

EZ Rally is designed as a rally tool and is not directed to children. The apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

11. Your Choices

You can control device permissions through iOS Settings and can delete app data by deleting relevant Events or, where appropriate, the app itself. Purchase and account controls are also available through Apple's services.

12. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when EZ Rally products, operating-system requirements, diagnostic tools or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest published version.
